Master Hair Colorist · Colorado Springs

Color correction, done right.

Color correction is the work that 35 years earns you. When a previous color goes brassy, bands, turns uneven, or a box dye builds up beyond what an at-home fix can touch, this is the chair you want to be in.

Rob diagnoses the underlying chemistry, sets honest expectations, and rebuilds your tone with the patience the job demands — protecting the integrity of your hair the whole way.

What counts as a correction

Brassy or orange tones after lightening, dark bands from repeated box dye, uneven or spotty color, a botched balayage, going dramatically lighter or darker, or removing build-up to start fresh. If a normal color appointment won’t fix it, it is a correction.

An honest plan first

Some corrections happen in a single visit; others are staged across sessions to keep your hair healthy. Rob tells you which — up front — so you know the timeline, the investment, and the realistic end result before anything begins.

That candor is exactly why clients across Colorado Springs trust him with the corrections other salons turn away.

Good to know

Color Correction questions.

How much does color correction cost?

Corrections are quoted individually because every situation is different — the product, time and number of sessions all factor in. Rob assesses your hair in person and gives you a clear plan and price. Call or text (719) 356-5667.

Can all bad color be fixed in one appointment?

Not always. Aggressively forcing a major change in one sitting can damage hair. When needed, Rob stages the correction across visits to protect your hair’s health — and he’ll tell you honestly which path yours needs.

I used box dye for years. Can you still help?

Yes. Long-term box-dye build-up is one of the most common corrections Rob handles. Bring photos and your color history if you can — it helps him plan.
